Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Manager 2 in Columbia, SC to maintain inventory accuracy, drive cycle counts, and coordinate with planning, purchasing, warehouse operations, and business units to meet customer expectations.

You will analyze MRP data to identify trends and opportunities, manage excess and obsolete inventory, and develop processes to improve accuracy and efficiency while supporting business goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong inventory control and materials management skills.
• Experience leading inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements across inventory operations.

• Lead inventory control activities to ensure accurate records, cycle count compliance, and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with customers, purchasing, planning, and warehouse operations to manage inventory performance.

• Develop and implement inventory control processes, policies, and performance metrics.
