Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is hiring for a 1st shift Senior Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and coordinate daily control activities. Reports to the facility supervisor and may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.

The role involves monitoring inventory, conducting counts, resolving issues, and supporting dock activities to ensure timely shipment and receipt of finished products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic database management skills.
• Strong math basics for accurate counts and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate issues.
• Perform physical counts; reconcile stock with computer reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims professionally.
• Process and document returns following procedures.
• Support inbound/outbound dock activities and maintain WSI standards.
• Serve as a resource for daily inventory activities and training.
