Job summary

The Inventory Specialist, also receiving associate, shares responsibility for receiving, storing, maintaining, and replenishing inventory while supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures products are accurately received, labeled, stored, counted, and moved throughout the facility while adhering to all safety standards and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

Deep-reach forklift experience required.
Experience operating warehouse material handling equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory or warehouse systems.
High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and place materials or products into designated warehouse locations.
Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enter records and label inventory.
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and replenishment activities.
Operate material handling equipment to transport products throughout the warehouse.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and support operational demands.
