Job summary

You will ensure efficient operations in Inventory, Front End, Cash Room and Receiving, while maintaining a positive company image and handling warehouse keys as needed.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of physical inventory, and the ability to train staff. You will perform manual tasks and support branch standards daily.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in retail or wholesale inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with physical inventory maintenance and control.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise staff.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and 10-key skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of branch inventory and cycle counts.
• Use scan tools to move merchandise and obtain data.
• Monitor pricing and ensure gross margins meet company standards.
• Communicate margin issues to buyers and follow up.
• Train staff for inventory purposes and conduct semi-annual inventories.
• Coordinate inventory with Receiving, Perishables, Dry Goods, and Front End.
