Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for intragroup accounting across entities, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliation, settlement, elimination, and reporting of intragroup transactions.
• Lead resolution of aged balances and reconciliation exceptions through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved controls.
• Lead transformation initiatives and change management for new processes, systems, and tools.
• Coordinate accounting impacts of strategic projects including ERP implementations and legal entity changes.
• Partner with multiple functions to deliver effective accounting and operational solutions.
• Develop governance, controls, SOPs, and reporting to support audit readiness and performance.
