Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst (Intragroup Accounting Operations) to oversee onshore and offshore intragroup activities, including intercompany receivables, payables, royalties, interest, and related-party transactions, ensuring accurate recording and timely reporting.

The role partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Technology, and Shared Services to drive standardization, automation, and transformation, while supporting Legal Entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Advanced Excel with data visualization or automation tools is required.
• 4+ years in accounting, financial analysis, or related finance operations, preferably in shared services or multinational.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft applications; strong Excel and data automation skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of intragroup accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and related-party reporting.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, automation, and change management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or global teams and influencing across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for intragroup accounting across assigned entities and operating companies.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, reconciliation, settlement, elimination, and reporting of intragroup transactions.
• Lead the resolution of aged intragroup balances and reconciliation issues.
• Review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved controls.
• Lead and support process transformation and change management initiatives.
• Act as lead or key contributor for Legal Entity Rationalization initiatives, including mergers and dissolutions.
• Assess and coordinate accounting impacts of strategic projects such as ERP implementations and SAP deconsolidations.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Shared Services to deliver effective accounting solutions.
• Develop governance frameworks, internal controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for performance insights.
