Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Finance Analyst in Intragroup Accounting Operations to oversee onshore and offshore intragroup activities and ensure timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of related-party transactions. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Shared Services to drive standardization and transformation across US operating companies.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience with SAP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Advanced Excel experience with data visualization or automation tools is required.
Minimum of four years of accounting/financial analysis experience in a shared service or multinational.
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for intragroup accounting across entities, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards.
Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, settlement, elimination, and reporting of intragroup transactions.
Lead resolution of aged intragroup balances and reconciliation exceptions.
Review end-to-end processes to identify standardization and automation opportunities.
Lead process transformation and change management initiatives.
