Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in Interventional Radiology to operate angiographic and ultrasound equipment for a range of procedures, including neuroendovascular and peripheral interventions. The role requires scrubbing for procedures, patient monitoring, and collaboration with physicians.

You will ensure imaging quality, proper labeling, and accurate documentation while maintaining safety standards and patient care across age groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.
• Typically requires 2 years of Interventional Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Wisconsin Radiographer license and ARRT RT registration.
• BLS and ACLS certifications within 6 months as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Operates angiographic and ultrasound equipment for basic to advanced procedures.
• Assists with interventional and surgical procedures as scrub assistant.
• Monitors patient status and responds to emergencies as needed.
• Ensures diagnostic quality of images and proper labeling/records.
• Maintains regulatory-compliant records and billing codes.
