Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in downtown St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Sr Interventional Radiology Technologist to support physicians in minimally invasive procedures.

You will prepare and operate specialized imaging equipment, monitor patient vitals, maintain sterile technique, and ensure supplies and records are in order. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience based on clinical competencies.
• ARRT certification and state licensure in radiography is required; Maryland licensure if applicable.
• Vascular Interventional Certification (VI) encouraged within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in performing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare and operate specialized imaging equipment to guide procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide necessary care during procedures.
• Maintain sterile protocols and ensure availability of equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and document procedures accurately.
