Job summary

Northwell Health seeks a Chief of Interventional Radiology to lead the IR section at Lenox Hill Hospital and the Goldman Pavilion. The role focuses on clinical IR, teaching, and growth of an outpatient center in New York City.

The successful candidate will join a system-wide IR division, oversee academic and clinical programs, and contribute to research and resident training in a top-tier health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) required.
• Current academic rank of Associate or Full Professor preferred.
• Previous leadership roles in Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology.
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an IR Fellowship at an ACGME-accredited institution.
• Currently board certified in IR/DR.
• Possess or ability to obtain an unrestricted NYS Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a thriving academic interventional radiology section and outpatient interventional radiology center.
• Practice full-time interventional radiology at Lenox Hill Hospital and Goldman Pavilion.
• Be actively involved in radiology teaching of residents, fellows, and medical students.
