Job summary

Northwell Health's Department of Radiology seeks a Chief of Interventional Radiology to lead the IR section at Lenox Hill Hospital and the Goldman Pavilion in New York City. The role includes directing a growing IR division, overseeing an upcoming outpatient center, and teaching residents within a large academic health system.

The candidate will join a 30-member IR team, provide clinical and research leadership, and participate in system-wide initiatives across teaching hospitals and cancer

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Preferred Associate or Full Professor
• Previous leadership roles in Radiology/IR
• IR/DR residency or IR Fellowship completed
• Board certified in IR/DR
• Unrestricted NYS Medical License or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead the IR section and outpatient center.
• Oversee education of residents and fellows.
• Collaborate with Northwell Health Cancer Institute and other departments.
• Maintain state-of-the-art IR services and patient care across Lenox Hill Hospital and Goldman Pavilion.
