Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Interpretation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership collaboration.
• Or a BA/BS Degree in History, Interpretation, Communication or related.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor and mentor to staff and leadership in Interpretation, Education, and Volunteerism.
• Participate in strategic planning for programming, exhibits, volunteerism, and staff development.
• Develop and revise interpretive programs, media, and digital content related to enabling legislation.
• Provide interpretive subject matter expertise and technical advisory support to NPS units and external partners; travel and site visits will be required.
