Job summary

DEFTEC seeks a Senior Contractor Support to Requirements Management for Federated Interoperability in Norfolk, VA. The role provides expert support across the capability lifecycle, eliciting and managing interoperability requirements, and contributing to policies and process improvements.

Travel up to 30 days per year to meetings and conferences is required. Responsibilities include coordinating with Communities of Interest, maintaining data quality in test tools, and delivering reports for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university.
• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance.
• 5 years in multinational collaboration roles within NATO or similar environments.
• 3 years in interoperability initiatives (CWIX, TIDE Sprint/Hackathon, DIVE, FMN, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support federated interoperability activities across the capability lifecycle.
• Elicit, capture and collect interoperability requirements across all DOTMLPFI aspects.
• Contribute to policy and process refinement related to federated interoperability.
• Monitor data quality and resolve gaps in interoperability test data.
• Coordinate communications with COIs and prepare participants for events.
• Provide guidance on federated interoperability processes, tools and events.
• Support analyses of interoperability data and deliver reports.
• Administer user accounts and ensure secure access to tools.
• Travel up to 30 days per year for meetings and conferences.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the COTR.
