The role emphasizes federated interoperability across the capability lifecycle, DOTMLPFI coordination, and collaboration with NATO-style partners. A STEM degree and 10 years in interoperability initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
• Ten years in multinational collaboration, coordination, preferably in NATO or equivalent environments.
• 5–10 years supporting interoperability initiatives, across multiple stakeholders and nations.

Responsibilities

• Support federated interoperability activities across the capability lifecycle.
• Elicit, capture and collect interoperability requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Contribute to development of policies, directives and processes related to federated interoperability.
• Monitor data quality in designated tools and resolve data gaps for reporting.
• Coordinate and communicate with COIs and participants for interoperability events.
• Provide guidance on federated interoperability processes, tools and events.
• Administer and maintain user accounts with secure access to tools.
