Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Senior International Training & Education Security Specialist to support international security cooperation programs and multinational training initiatives across DoD and allied environments.

The role requires extensive experience with government stakeholders, foreign partners, and security policy, plus an active Secret clearance and a Level II certification. Join ProSync to help define the state of possible in a global security context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher; or a bachelor’s plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience with government stakeholders and international partners.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification and a minimum Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security support for international training, education, and security cooperation programs.
• Coordinate security requirements for multinational events and partner engagements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies, foreign disclosure rules, and regulations.
• Advise leadership on security considerations for international activities.
• Develop security procedures and best practices for international initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver security briefings and training to U.S. and international stakeholders.
• Review information-sharing activities to protect classified and sensitive data.
• Support international travel authorizations and multinational event planning.
