Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, change management or a related strategic communication function.
• Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, with the executive presence to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and executives, shaping messaging and engagement strategies.
• Develop and oversee communication strategies aligning leadership messaging with priorities and culture.
• Provide counsel on sensitive topics, organizational change initiatives and employee engagement opportunities.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Lead measurement and continuous improvement of communication effectiveness.
