Samsara is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of internal communications across the organization. You will partner with leadership and multiple departments to craft messages, drive change, and maintain a cadence of newsletters and town halls.

You will help shape Samsara’s culture by embedding its principles and building scalable comms programs in a fast‑growing company. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, storytelling, and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of internal communications experience – building and executing strategic programs.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Experience partnering and cross-functionally collaborating across teams.

• Execute the internal communications strategy for Samsara across employees worldwide.
• Collaborate with leadership, People, Legal, GTM, and other stakeholders on varied channels.
• Create and optimize newsletters, meetings, change and program communications.
