Job summary

Penn Mutual is seeking a well-rounded communications professional to join our Enterprise Communications team as a Senior Enterprise Communications & Delivery Specialist. You will develop compelling content, support enterprise communications planning, and translate strategies into timely, high-quality deliverables across channels within a flexible, modern workplace.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, CMS experience, and collaboration with leaders to keep employees informed and engaged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English or related field.
3-4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
Experience with intranet CMS or digital communications platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of enterprise communications across channels, gathering information and editing content, and using AI where appropriate.
Support content updates across intranet, notifications, webinars, and more.
Translate strategies into clear deliverables with editorial lineup and sequencing.
Coordinate workflows and timelines, seek opportunities to automate and enhance processes with emerging tech.
Build relationships with stakeholders and provide high-quality support to leaders and executives.
Contribute to evolution of SharePoint intranet and Microsoft 365 communications ecosystem.
