Penn Mutual is seeking a Senior Enterprise Communications & Delivery Specialist to join its Enterprise Communications team. This remote role (United States) focuses on internal communications, content development, and coordinating multi-channel delivery across intranet, webinars, and notifications.

You will translate communication strategies into timely, high-quality deliverables, partner with leadership, and leverage AI to enhance processes and audience reach in a flexible, modern workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field with 3–4 years of internal/corporate communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing content within an intranet or CMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of enterprise communications, gathering information from stakeholders, developing and editing content, and preparing publications across channels.
• Support content updates across intranet, instant notifications, webinars, and other channels.
• Coordinate workflows and timelines; suggest automation and AI-enabled improvements.
