Job summary

Alliance is seeking an Internal Auditor II for a full-time remote role based in North Carolina. The position supports internal audit activities, risk assessment, and governance improvements while traveling to the Morrisville home office for meetings as needed.

The role requires seven years of audit experience or related work, with IIA standards knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills. Eligible candidates will reside in North Carolina and work under flexible, hybrid/remote arrangements when

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, human services, or related field.
• Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, human services, or related field.
• Seven years’ auditing experience or related field.
• Experience with contract review or delegation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform internal audit engagements in line with IIA standards.
• Develop audit programs and testing procedures; assess risk and controls.
• Mentor and coach junior auditors; review workpapers and evidence.
