Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CIA or CPA certification required or preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of internal audit experience.
• Experience with data analytics preferred.
• Ability to use AI to enhance expediency and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and supervise audits and consulting engagements ensuring adherence to standards.
• Plan engagement scopes, define objectives, conduct interviews, and prepare risk assessments.
• Perform audit procedures including evidence collection, data analysis and control evaluation.
• Utilize data analytics tools to support objective conclusions and recommendations.
• Document audit work comprehensively to support findings.
• Train and mentor staff, providing coaching and review of work.
• Communicate audit results through reports and management presentations.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and management through professional communication.
