The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience (including two in internal audit), plus CIA or CPA certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field and four years of relevant experience, including two years internal audit.
• CIA or CPA certification required.
• Experience with data analytics and using AI to enhance efficiency is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and supervise audits and consulting engagements with adherence to standards and internal controls.
• Plan engagement scopes, define objectives, interview, and prepare risk assessments and audit programs.
• Perform audit procedures including data analysis and process evaluation of systems and controls.
• Utilize data analytics tools to support objective conclusions and recommendations.
• Document audit work comprehensively and train staff through coaching and review.
• Communicate audit results through reports and management presentations.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and management and stay updated on regulatory changes.
