Qualifications

• At least seven years of internal audit experience within financial services, public accounting, or regulatory contexts.
• Advanced writing skills with experience developing audit guidance and editing communications for diverse audiences.
• Experience evaluating IT-dependent and automated controls, including data lineage and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage updating IAD's charter, policy, procedures, templates, and guidance for consistent methodology.
• Collaborate across IAD to support change management and implement improvements.
• Advise auditors on methodology topics including risk identification and control evaluation.
• Write and review instructional guidance and self-study materials for audit tasks.
• Develop and maintain methodology content within SharePoint and the audit system.
• Identify training needs and deliver effective training for the department.
• Coordinate with risk management functions to align policies and assurance activities.
• Provide leadership and influence without direct reporting lines.
• Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance audit quality.
