Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Internal Audit Consulting Manager to join our Risk & Compliance Services practice in New York. The role focuses on internal audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance for broker/dealer, fin tech, PE and RIA clients, with involvement in SOX 404 engagements and various advisory services.

The position emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, and the profitability of engagements, with possible travel and multi-office assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• CIA or CPA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years working in internal audit or advisory services
• 3+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal audit and risk engagements for broker/dealer, fin tech, PE and RIA clients
• Manage SOX 404 engagements including walkthroughs and control testing
• Prepare scoping, risk assessments and audit committee materials
• Lead co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements and risk assessments
• Maintain client relationships and ensure engagement profitability
• Take ownership of client relationships and staffing needs
• Potential travel or office location changes as needed
