Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Internal Audit Consulting Manager to join our Risk & Compliance Services practice. You will oversee internal audit engagements for broker/dealer, fin tech, PE, and RIA clients, manage SOX 404 projects, and lead scoping, testing, and reporting with guidance from senior leadership.

The role requires CIA or CPA, 5+ years in internal audit or advisory, and 3+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• CIA or CPA professional certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Related Field.
• 3+ years management experience.
• 5+ years working in internal audit, consulting, advisory services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal audit engagements for broker/dealer, fin tech, PE and RIA clients.
• Project manage SOX 404 engagements including walkthroughs and testing.
• Prepare scoping and risk assessments using a risk-based methodology.
• Prepare Audit Committee presentations and attend meetings when necessary.
• Lead co-sourcing/outsourcing, risk assessments, and controls reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and manage engagement profitability.
