Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking a Business Audit Manager to execute risk-based internal audits across the group, with a focus on Italy. You will lead audit cycles, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely remediation while maintaining independence and adherence to audit standards.

Experience in Italian market, English/Italian language proficiency, and strong project- and stakeholder-management skills are essential. A relocation package and visa support are available where needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as internal auditor in a regulated environment.
• Experience liaising with external regulators and supervisory bodies (e.g., Bank of Italy).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
