DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a seasoned Internal Audit professional to drive risk-based audits across financial, operational and IT areas. You will collaborate with the technology audit team, manage multiple engagements, and deliver clear findings to senior management.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and project management; experience with retail and tech controls is highly valued.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business field required.
7–10 years of audit, finance, risk management, project management, analytics, or controls experience.
5+ years of total public accounting and/or internal audit experience.
Retail, accounting or technology industry experience preferred.
CIA, CPA or similar certifications preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Assist the Director of Internal Audit in understanding business risk and risk-based planning.
Lead the planning and organizing of financial, operational and compliance audits.
Collaborate with the technology audit team on integrated audits.
Present preliminary findings and coordinate with senior management.
Develop and execute audit programs to achieve objectives on time.
Oversee follow-up on audit findings and drive remediation.
Draft deliverables and build partnerships across the company.
Support department talent development and audit processes.
