Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an experienced internal auditor to join our Akron-based team. The role focuses on evaluating risks, controls, and process effectiveness across operations, with extensive data analytics support and collaboration with management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of audit experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, and CPA/CIA/CISA certifications preferred. This is a hybrid on-site position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze data/trends and draw conclusions based on sound judgement.
• Experience applying GAAP/auditing standards and retail industry context.

Responsibilities

• Participates in execution of process/operational/integrated audits and projects to analyze risks and controls.
• Documents and tests internal controls, including walkthroughs and control design assessments.
• Presents findings to management and supports remediation and action plans.
• Supports data analytics initiatives and continuous monitoring projects.
