Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent & self-starter in the use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CISA)
• Experience in internal audit, compliance or advisory roles; biotech/pharma background preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits focusing on governance, risk, and control effectiveness
• Perform data-driven audits using datasets to identify trends, anomalies and control weaknesses
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Audit Leadership to scope, test, and communicate results
• Develop audit planning memos, testing workbooks, and documentation to support findings
• Maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor risk indicators and support continuous auditing
