HDR is seeking a Designer, Interiors to join our team and continue delivering design solutions that enhance health and human well‑being. You will collaborate across disciplines, lead by example, mentor others, and contribute to HDR's collaborative culture while promoting sustainable design practices.

Responsibilities include presenting concepts from programming through construction administration, advancing your craft, and supporting business development through client interviews and pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or closely related field.
• Active Interior Design Certificate holder or Registered Architect in the country you reside.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant design firm environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; interest in team leadership, collaboration and mentoring.

• Prepare, present and document design concepts from programming through construction administration.
