Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture (accredited) or closely related field.
• Active Interior Design Certificate or Registered Architect in your country.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant design firm environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Skilled in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines and market sectors in project delivery.
• Prepare, present, and document design concepts for stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the interior design process from programming through construction administration.
• Lead by example and contribute to HDR’s collaborative culture.
• Engage with leadership to understand project goals and drive excellence.
• Support business development through client interviews and presentations.
