Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a leadership-level Interior Systems Quality Manager to own NA quality targets and coordinate with design, release, and manufacturing teams to improve processes and drive action plans for current model quality and campaigns. You will lead data analysis, supplier RCA, and cost-per-repair initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 10 years of automotive quality experience, and 5 years in body interior/exterior systems, with a hybrid onsite/work

Responsibilities

Analyze Quality Data for Ford NA Interior Systems Engineering Warranty.
Develop Action Plans to address current model quality issues and achieve quality goals.
Engage with key Suppliers for Root Cause Analysis.
Deliver Supplier Recovery Initiatives.
Lead Cost per Repair improvement Initiatives.
Manage Interior Systems Current Model Quality and Campaign Prevention teams.
