Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of automotive quality experience.
• 5 years in body interior/exterior systems in an automotive domain.
• Legal work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data for Ford North America Interior Systems Engineering Warranty.
• Develop action plans to address model quality issues and meet goals.
• Engage with suppliers for root cause analysis and recovery initiatives.
• Lead cost-per-repair improvement initiatives and warranty spend analysis.
• Collaborate with design, release, and manufacturing teams to improve processes.
