Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Project Manager II to lead fast-track interior renovations and tenant improvements in live, operational environments. From preconstruction planning to closeout, you will drive financial performance, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure client expectations are exceeded on projects ranging from $1M to $20M+.

You will mentor emerging leaders, communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and uphold stringent budgets and schedules in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success managing interior construction or renovation projects in occupied spaces with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring junior staff.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and project closeout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead fast-track interior renovations and tenant improvement projects in live environments from preconstruction to closeout.
• Drive financial performance for projects ranging from $1M–$20M+.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage scheduling, resources, and quality.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to raise project performance and team capabilities.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, safety, and regulatory requirements.
