Interior Architects, Dallas studio, is seeking a Designer to support design development, presentations, and contract documents under supervision of Senior Designer or Project Manager. The candidate will contribute from concept through construction documents, working with a team to develop ideas, prepare drawings, and ensure design integrity across interior and architectural aspects.

Competenze

• Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 6+ years’ experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and adaptive re-use projects as well as corporate interiors.

Mansioni

• Develop design ideas and create presentation and construction drawings.
• Draft technical drawings.
• Review engineering and landscape drawings for design compliance.
• Ensure integration into overall design.
• Develop preliminary concept plans for larger projects.
• Mentor Junior Designers as needed.
• Develop and deliver design and furniture packages for interior/exterior.
• Obtain and manage cost estimates and budgets.
