Huitt-Zollars is seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Designer - Architect II to lead interior design projects across Orlando and Los Angeles. This role emphasizes guest-centric, high-quality design and construction documentation, collaborating with cross-office teams.

The position requires 6+ years in interior architecture, Florida licensure eligibility or reciprocity, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and other design tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior architecture and/or architectural projects.
• Licensed Architect or Registered Interior Designer in Florida, or eligible for reciprocity.
• Experience with themed entertainment, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Ability to lead design and construction documentation.
• Proficient in design development and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and offices.
• Produce construction documents, renderings, material boards, specifications.
• Support project manager with schedules and performance.
• Promote team learning and client relationships.
• Ensure design continuity across phases.
• Participate in site visits and construction phase support.
