The position emphasizes space planning, furniture specifications, and project documentation from concept to installation. The candidate should bring 10–15 years of experience, a relevant degree, and advanced CAD skills, with certification preferences such as NCIDQ, WELL, LEED or CID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• 10–15 years of industry experience required.
• Certifications such as NCIDQ, WELL, LEED or CID desirable.
• Advanced AutoCAD and CET proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Netsuite and design/ERP tools helpful.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to mentor other designers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support junior designers and project teams.
• Attend client meetings to review scope and programming.
• Review documents and analyze space requirements.
• Create and refine working drawings and furniture specifications.
• Present schematic layouts and finish options to clients.
• Lead live design presentations and coordinate with clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, A&D firms, GC and IT teams.
• Ensure accurate project documentation for orders and installations.
