The Sports practice designs facilities to attract top coaches, recruit athletes, and create memorable experiences for fans. Our solutions support client missions, promote culture, and elevate brands. The Studio aims to elevate our clients' organizations through innovative design.

Position Summary

As Senior Interior Designer, you will collaborate on project design from pre-design through construction, work with the Interiors Leader and Region Leader, mentor staff, and participate in marketing and business development activities. You will also contribute to research, development projects, and sector tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing thought leadership throughout all design phases.
• Setting vision for design concepts and material palettes.
• Understanding Evidence-Based Design principles and generating support tools.
• Contributing to Construction Documents and specifications, including QA/QC roles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in interior design or equivalent.
• 10 years of commercial design experience.
• NCIDQ (or equivalent) license.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across multiple offices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills.
• Industry involvement in relevant sectors.
• Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and/or 3D rendering software.
• Interest in Healthy Materials and sustainable design.
• Submission of a current portfolio and/or work samples is required.
