Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of professional interior design or architectural experience.
Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
Experience on medium to large-scale projects, with workplace interiors focus.

Responsibilities

Design and document interiors across all project phases with the design team.
Develop space plans, schematic design, FF&E concepts, drawings, models, and mood boards.
Collaborate with designers, consultants, and vendors to execute projects.
Translate strategy and brand into spatial solutions.
Convey design intent through visuals using Revit and rendering tools.
Contribute to design development, construction documents, and supervision phases.
Support budgeting, value engineering, and sustainability goals.
Provide mentorship to junior designers and staff where applicable.
