Job summary

H Mart seeks a senior interior design lead in Lyndhurst, NJ, to drive comprehensive design solutions for its commercial and retail projects. You will independently prepare and manage full interior design packages, ensuring cohesive finishes, furniture, lighting, and signage, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will also oversee exterior designs and signage, advance construction drawings with A/MEP coordination, and address design issues on evolving sites, traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or closely related field.
• 4–7 years hands-on interior design/retail design experience.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-standard 3D design software.
• Ability to travel within the United States as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and development of comprehensive interior design solutions for H Mart's commercial and retail projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage full interior design packages with finishes, furniture, lighting, and signage.
• Oversee exterior designs and signage to maintain a unified brand presence.
• Prepare and manage detailed construction drawing sets with A/MEP coordination.
