Job summary

Rhythm Careers partners with a Manhattan design studio to hire an experienced Senior Interior Designer. You will lead projects end-to-end from concept through installation, directing creative and technical work while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development. Expect hands-on CAD work, client liaison, and cross-functional collaboration in a luxury residential setting.

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Established network of vendors and interest in business development to grow the company

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept through to installation, combining creative direction, technical expertise and project management. You will also mentor junior designers and play an active role in business development.

The Role

• Lead design concepts, presentations and project delivery.

About You

7 + years of experience in high end residential in New York. You are a confident client facer and can manage between multiple projects, clients and teams. You can problem solve on the spot and you will come with an established network of vendors and will have interest in business development to help the company grow

Software
