Job summary

Rhythm Careers is partnering with an international high-end interior design studio with projects across luxury and hospitality sectors in New York. We are seeking an intermediate interior designer who can deliver detailed technical drawings, spatial plans and 3D modelling, using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.

You will work on both commercial and residential projects, developing drawing packages and staying confident about building codes.

Qualifications

• Intermediate interior designer with experience in delivering detailed technical pages.
• Experience delivering spatial plans, technical elevations, reflective ceiling plans, and custom furniture drawings.
• Experience on commercial and residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape for drawing and 3D modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawing packages for commercial and residential projects.

They are seeking an intermediate interior designer who is a well-rounded all-rounder with experience in delivering detailed technical pages, doing spatial plans, technical elevations, reflective ceiling plans, and custom furniture drawings.

You will have experience working on commercial and residential projects and be very confident and knowledgeable about the different building codes.

Your portfolio will include several completed projects that you have worked on from concept through to completion.

You will be confident in developing drawing packages in AutoCAD and developing 3D models using Sketchup and Enscape.
