Job summary

Arrowstreet in Boston seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects across multifamily, hospitality, institutional, and academic sectors. You will translate program and brand goals into cohesive design solutions with a focus on sustainability and buildability.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors, presenting design decisions clearly and guiding teams from concept to construction administration. Strong experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA Requirements.
• NCIDQ accreditation, preferred.
• LEED accreditation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration.
• Develop space plans, finish palettes, and material specifications.
• Produce design presentations and documentation with coordination across teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate with outside consultants to ensure integrated design.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee project quality.
