Job summary

Arrowstreet seeks an experienced Interior Designer to contribute across multifamily, adaptive reuse, hospitality, institutional, retail and academic environments. You will collaborate across our diverse portfolio to develop innovative, buildable design solutions from early concepts through construction administration.

The role requires strong design and technical skills, experience across sectors, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite. Join a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA Requirements.
• NCIDQ accreditation, preferred.
• LEED accreditation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to construction administration.
• Develop space plans, finishes, FF&E, and material specs.
• Produce design presentations, drawings, schedules, and coordination with architecture/engineering.
• Serve as primary client contact and guide design decisions.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and internal teams.
• Mentor junior designers and review work for quality.
• Participate in construction administration including site visits.
• Contribute to design culture and material research.
