Job summary

eZone staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead fully customized luxury residential and commercial projects from concept through installation. You will balance creativity with technical execution and coordinate interior design, lighting, and smart home technology across all project stages.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of relevant experience, strong AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp skills, and knowledge of construction methods and codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
3–5+ years of relevant residential/commercial design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
State registration or NCIDQ certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Concept development: create detailed design concepts and space plans.
Technical documentation: produce drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D models.
FF&E selection: source furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Project management: manage budgets, timelines, and vendors; oversee junior designers.
Client collaboration: present designs, visit sites, coordinate with teams.
