Lisa McDennon Design seeks a Senior Designer to lead high-profile interior projects from concept to completion. You will work with Lisa, clients, junior designers, and vendors to translate concepts into constructed spaces while maintaining schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, creative problem-solving, proficiency in CAD and Studio Designer, and a track record of directing teams on luxury residential and commercial work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience on high-end residential/commercial projects.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in interior design.
• Proficient CAD skills and ability to produce construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of Studio Designer Webware, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, aligning with client goals and project scope.
• Mentor designers and design assistants; manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Create and present design developments, space plans, materials, and drawings.
• Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and project managers to realize concepts.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate installations while ensuring technical accuracy.
