Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or closely related field.
• Active Interior Design Certificate holder or Registered Architect in the country you reside.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design firm environment.
• Skilled in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across disciplines and market sectors to deliver projects.
• Present and document design concepts to stakeholders from programming through construction administration.
• Develop networks and new business opportunities; mentor team members and guide project teams.
• Lead design reviews and promote HDR's brand and design excellence.
• Support operations and processes to achieve project excellence; contribute to pursuits and client interviews.
