HDR, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Interiors to lead interdisciplinary design teams across offices, driving design excellence and client leadership. You will steer projects from concept to construction, mentor staff, and foster HDR's collaborative culture.

Located in Omaha or other HDR offices in the region, you will advocate sustainable design, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to market growth while aligning with HDR's design philosophy and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture from an accredited school.
• Active Certificate holder or Registered Architect in your country.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a design environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and present to clients.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional markets; MS Office skills.

• Lead project teams and manage design reviews across disciplines.
• Develop presentations and client-facing strategies.
• Collaborate with offices to deliver complex interiors projects.
• Mentor staff and promote HDR's culture.
