Job description

Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing residential design projects through all phases: design concept, budgeting/schedules, development of program documents, space planning, researching, and selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories. The role involves leading collaboration with construction teams and presenting at site visits. Documentation of architectural technical drawings and design details is essential, alongside maintaining excellent client communication and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and multifamily design is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design preferred
• 7+ years’ experience with an Interior Design firm
• Experience leading residential design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp; rendering software experience is a plus
