The role requires a Bachelor's in Interior Design and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD and MS Office. Collaboration with multiple departments and ongoing industry trend awareness are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from design through post-installation.
• Create and present design options including space planning, ceilings, lighting, furniture.
• Prepare client sign-off packages and construction drawings.
• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate projects with internal departments and respond to inquiries.

Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD expertise and commercial/interior design experience. The candidate will manage client accounts from design through post-installation, create design and construction drawings, support sales presentations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from design through post-installation.
• Create and present design options, including space planning, ceilings, lighting, furniture, and finishes.
• Prepare client sign-off packages and construction drawings.
• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD.
• Respond to client and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate projects with various internal departments.
• Support sales representatives with client presentations, quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and project correspondence.
• Stay current with interior design trends and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
• 5+ years of interior design, space planning, or commercial design experience.
• Strong 2D and 3D AutoCAD experience.
• Advanced knowledge of interior design principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with purchase orders.
• Sales experience within a design role is a plus.
